MEET THE FOUNDERS
TEA VAN DE BURGT
Tea Van de Burgt is a passionate filmmaker specialising in narrative films and music videos.
She has directed multiple short films, including Beneath It All, The Happy Place, The Party’s Over, and Double Lines. Tea has been directing music videos since 2024, including work for acclaimed up-and-coming talent Alisya Rae and Lily Georgia.
Tea is also the host of the Fullisick Filmmaking Tea Time Podcast where she interviews Australia’s best indie filmmakers, to provide career education for emerging filmmakers.

Darcy Michell is an award-winning cinematographer, known for his work on Once Ethereal, for which he won Best Cinematography at Melbourne Cineverse Film Festival 2025. He is also known for being the cinematographer on ‘Double Lines’ (Darwin International Film Festival 2025), ‘Beneath It All’ ‘For the Dear Leader’, and several other short films.
He is Fullisick’s lead cinematographer and colourist.

DARCY MICHELL
Coming from a directing background, known for her narrative film The Eulogy and documentary Annunziata: An Italian Immigration Story, Natalie now specialises in production, having worked in production roles on shows such as High Country Season 2, Crime Night, Bad Company, and Neighbours. When she’s not on some of Australia’s most acclaimed television sets, she’s producing narrative films and music videos with Fullisick.
